1. How to participate in this programme?
There are 2 main ways you can participate in this referral programme.
First – The simplest

Second – Submission via the phone
Contact our Customer Service Officer at +6567491950 and give them your friends’ contact details. Upon successful transaction, you and your referred friends will receive the rewards as stated above.
2. Why should I refer De Hygienique to my friends?
Our cleaning and sanitizing services are proven effective, chemical free and convenient. We hope more people are encouraged to improve their home’s hygiene standard, particularly those who are susceptible to indoor allergens. Furthermore, you and your referred friends would receive our rewards, as a token of our appreciation. So the more you refer, the more savings you will get.
3. I have referred my friends to De Hygienique, but I didn’t receive my vouchers.
De Hygienique will only consider a referral successful when your referred friend successfully engages De Hygienique’s service.
Your referred friend would also receive a unique referral code from your invitation which will need to be given to De Hygienique’s Customer Service Officers during appointment booking so that we can recognize the relationship between you and your friend so that we can process the rewards accordingly.
4. Is there any hidden terms on the voucher?
Your voucher/s is/are valid for 6 months from date of issue which you can accumulate and use together for any of De Hygienique’s services and product purchase. There will be no minimum service purchase required when using the voucher. Of course, as in normal condition, the voucher/s cannot be utilized together with any ongoing promotion.
Your referred friend/s would receive a one-time $10 service voucher which can be redeemed immediately during the first service by De Hygienique. Unfortunately, this voucher cannot be combined with other ongoing promotion.
