Remember, the faster the stains are treated, the higher the chance for the stains to be removed.

1. The response time within 24 hours is subject to appointment availability and the management will not be held liable if we are unable to meet the timing for whatever reason it may be.
2. Service request is to be made via our customer service coordinators at 6749-1950 from Monday to Saturday between 9am – 6pm.
3. Depending on the nature of stains, there is a possibility that the service will not be able to remove all stains on the item(s), while all reasonable efforts will be used to remove or lighten the stains.
4. Based on De Hygienique’s onsite furniture assessment, we reserve the right to refuse a Service Request if the item(s) are found to be in unfavourable condition, e.g. poor colour fastness, poor fabric condition, etc.
5. 24-hour Emergency Response service loading fee will be applicable upon activation.
6. Other terms and conditions may apply without prior notice
