-          Email us your name, telephone number and address to enquiries@dh-asia.com with Subject Matter: "I have joined De Hygienique's Facebook Fan Page". Our company representative will mail you the service voucher within 2 weeks after receiving your email.


Terms & Conditions:

  1. Service voucher can only be used to offset De Hygienique's services in Singapore.
  2. Promotion is valid only for fans residing in Singapore.
  3. Each customer is only entitled to receive ONE voucher.
  4. Employees of De Hygienique are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  5. After verification of information in the email, vouchers would be mailed to recipient's address as indicated in the email within 2 weeks.

3. Refer Your Friends & Be Rewarded

Your referral support brings a thousand mile to De Hygienique’s success so that we can continue to deliver our best service for you.

Simply refer your friends to De Hygienique and receive $10 Service Voucher for each successful referral! Your friends, who successfully purchase De Hygienique service through your referral, will receive 1 COMPLIMENTARY bottle of 100ml POTEMA Spray (Worth $13.90)  

* Terms & Conditions:

  1. A $10 shopping voucher will be issued to the Introducer for each successful referral. The introduced customer will receive 1 bottle 100ml POTEMA sanitising spray upon purchase of De Hygienique (thereafter referred to as 'DH') service.
  2. All existing DH's RESIDENTIAL customers (thereafter referred to as 'Introducers') are eligible to participate in the Referral Programme 2008.
  3. Self-referrals are not permitted for the Programme.
  4. The person the introducer referred must not be an existing DH's customer.
  5. A referral is successful when referred customer successfully made a service purchase from DH.
  6. Shopping voucher would be mailed to the Introducer within 1 month after referred customer made service purchase.
  7. A complimentary 100ml POTEMA spray will be delivered to the referred customer upon successful service purchase, while stocks last. In the event the stock is finished, DH reserves the right to replace the gift without prior notice.
  8. Introducer must furnish all mandatory information as required when referring their friends to DH.
  9. DH has the sole discretion regarding the recipient of the voucher in the event that there is more than one Introducer. If different Introducers refer the same new member and the referred member has successfully purchase DH's serviced, the Introducer's name as indicated on the Referral Form first received will be entitled to the voucher(s).
  10. There is no limit to the number of referrals that an Introducer can make.
  11. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, torn, damaged or expired. All vouchers cannot be exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
  12. DH reserves the right to disclose your name to your friends/family members whom you have referred.
  13. DH reserves the right to replace the vouchers with items of similar value at any point in time without prior notice.
  14. DH reserves the right to vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion without prior notice. These terms and conditions will apply to the contents of any brochure or promotional materials relating to the Referral Programme.


4. Maintenance Contract Renewal Benefit

Renew your Mattress cleaning & Sanitising contract and enjoy Complimentary pillow and bolster sanitizing service (UP: $5) each.

Renew your Upholstery and/or Carpet Maintenance Service contract and receive complimentary Stain Removal Foam (UP $38).
